君に届け SHIINA Karuho. 2006, Margaret Comics. Published in Betsuma Magazine.
Summary
Last volume left us with Sawako’s friends, Yoshida and Yano, hearing bad rumors about themselves that were supposedly spread by Sawako. This volume’s beginning has them laughing this off, knowing that their friend is way too timid to do something like that. They begin to doubt her, though, when she denies being their friends. In reality, Sawako feels too low on the social ladder to be friends with people like Yoshida and Yano. She wants to be their friend, but doesn’t feel that she’s earned that right quite yet.
Yoshida and Yano take it the wrong way, and bluntly asks Sawako if she likes them. Sawako hesitates, and they walk off. From then on, Sawako’s pretty much alone. She finds solace in Kazehaya, who tells her to try to make amends. She’s not quite couragous enough for that, though.
Sawako becomes increasingly depressed because Yoshida and Yano are ignoring her. Kazehaya comforts her, telling her that she means a lot to him, but she’s still upset. The “mean girls” of the school decide to use this moment of weakness to take down Sawako, accusing her of spreading the rumors about Yoshida and Yano.
When the girls have her cornered, Sawako confesses that she really loves Yoshida and Yano, and wishes to be their friend. She would never spread rumors about them. Yoshida and Yano happen to overhear this, and come to protect Sawako from the other girls. They have become friends again.

うあわの翠くん! ~ハッピ ウェディング~ IKEYAMADA Go. 2008, Flower Comics. Published in Sho-Comi magazine.
Summary:
This is basically Uwasa no Midori-kun’s epilogue.
Midori comes home to Kazuma one day to find him entangled with a naked woman. Apparently he had a (drinking) party with his neighbors the night before, and this one woman fell asleep next to him. Accidentally, of course.
Midori is enraged, and runs off. Kazuma follows, like the good boyfriend he is. After some arguing (”Don’t you ever do that again!”), they make up, and go home for some good ol’ エッチ. Yum. >_>
They’re right in the middle of it when Kazuma’s friends barge in, looking for another party. How embarassing! But Midori being Midori, she laughs it off, and the party gets going.
We then cut to Tsukasa, who has married a foreign babe, and their child. Tsukasa’s a huge soccer star now, as he dreamed. Looks like everyone’s happy!
The final pages of the chapter show Midori and Kazuma’s “Happy Wedding” (the title). We see all their friends from school have attended, and are watching cheerfully.

FIRST LOVE. 2008, Flower Comics. Published in Cheese! Magazine.
I’m such a bad blog owner. I haven’t updated in forever, and for that I am ashamed.
…
Okay, not really. I’ve been busy. And now that school’s starting, I’ll probably update even less frequently. So to compromise, I’m going to include shorter summaries. That way, I’m not writing a freaking essay for each blog post (I enjoyed writing essay-length summaries, but I don’t have the time for that any more).
Anyway, here’s onto the review (late as it may be):

I can’t help myself. This series is so cool I had to put it up here. And before you ask, yes, it will be done by a certain group. This post is spoiler-free.

微糖ロリポッププ 2007, Ribon Mascot Comics. Published in Cookie magazine.
I picked this up on a whim, and I am hooked. Hooked like a fish.
Also, sorry for not updating more often. It’s been hard to keep up with both this and the scanlation group at the same time. Maybe in the future my summaries will be shorter.
Oh! For those who haven’t realized it yet, this site is now enabled with Gravatar! If you want a userpic to appear next to your comment, please sign up! It’s painless, really. I’m not just saying that.
Well, onto the review!
